ACCOMMODATION

Check-in no later than 6pm (local time).
In the event of arrival after 6pm, please advise us in advance.
Check out time 12 midday (local time) at the latest.
Accommodation is free for 1 child under 12 in the parents' room, breakfast is extra.

BOOKING

For a booking to be definite and confirmed by us, it must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 30% of the amount for the stay or guaranteed by a credit card number, valid on the first day of the stay. Otherwise, the booking cannot be kept beyond 6pm (local time).
The bank guarantee slip confirms your agreement for your account to be debited by the amount of the deposit or any sums due in case of cancellation without deposit, as provided for above.

CANCELLATION

Please contact the hotel directly.

1. If the deposit has been paid: refund of the entire deposit if the cancellation is at least 48 hours before the foreseen date of arrival.

The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is within 48 hours of the arrival or the stay is cut short.

2. If no deposit has been made, the booking can be cancelled without cost up to 48 hours before arrival at 6pm (local time).

In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the first night will be due and debited.

RATES AND PAYMENT

Room rates are net and do not include local hotel taxes.
Your bill must be settled on the spot and at the latest on the day of departure.
